1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under specific circumstances based on the nature of the service provided. Below is an outline of our refund policy for different services:
A. Web Development Services
- Initial Deposit Refund: Refunds for initial deposits made for web development projects will be available only if the request is made within 7 days of the deposit payment and no significant work has commenced on the project.
- Milestone-Based Payments: For larger projects with milestone-based payments, refunds for completed milestones are not available. However, if a client wishes to cancel the project before the next milestone begins, they will not be required to pay for the next phase of the project.
B. Graphic Design Services
- Initial Concept Refund: If you are unsatisfied with the initial design concepts provided, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving the concepts. However, if revisions or additional work have been requested after the initial concept presentation, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the amount of work completed.
- Final Design Refund: Once the final design has been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
C. SEO Services
- Due to the nature of SEO services and the time and resources required to deliver results, we do not offer refunds for completed SEO work. SEO results are not guaranteed as they depend on factors outside of our control, such as search engine algorithms.
D. Custom Plugins and Development
- Custom plugin and development work is highly specialized. Refunds will not be available once the development process has begun and work has been delivered according to the specifications outlined in the agreement. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns related to the functionality of the final product.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultation Fees: Fees for consultation sessions are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
- Ongoing Maintenance and Retainer Fees: If you are on a monthly or ongoing service plan for website maintenance or other services, these fees are non-refundable. You may cancel the service for the following month, but refunds will not be provided for the current billing period.
- Third-Party Costs: Any third-party fees (such as domain name registration, hosting services, or software licenses) paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

- Review Process: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 5-7 business days and may reach out to discuss the project and the issues you have encountered.
- Refund Approval: If your refund request meets the criteria outlined in this policy, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
